My journey in health and fitness started as a little girl in Jamaica. I was always active, especially with dance classes from age five through high school. My dance group performed across the island and even professionally worldwide, including a benefit for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Years of intense activity taught me a lot about muscle and joint health, and also about injuries from overuse.
Our Mission: Healing and Wellness
Health and fitness has always been my passion. I wanted to help people understand the benefits of healing their bodies through healthy eating and exercise, even when dealing with pain. It’s about rising above discomfort.
This led my friends and me to seek out quality physical wellness products that could ease the joint and muscle pains we and our clients experienced. The results were so positive that our clients encouraged us to offer these effective solutions to others. That’s how SY Feel Good Store began!
